What I love about Hale is our two-track system that brings both our people and our process together to accelerate our clients’ programs. I love working with people and bringing different groups and teams together. I have often been called “the architect” due to my diverse background and ability to unite multiple brand partners and align brand voice on marketing initiatives both large and small.
After spending 15+ years at big agencies on both the media and creative side, I have a unique perspective on how brands must plan campaign initiatives in parallel and not in the more traditional and outdated way of two separate tracks. I have developed integrated TV, digital and social campaigns for some of the biggest health care brands out there and I love bringing that experience to our team.
One of my biggest accomplishments in my marketing career is mentoring and teaching young people to help further their skillset and excel in their careers. I have an MBA in marketing but my real-world experience has been my true driver in my advertising career.
