Account Director

Carly Jo DiSarno

Carly is a digital governance guru. Her experience and knowledge in guideline development and organizational readiness make her an ideal subject matter expert to partner with. Her duties include project management and support, guideline development, and facilitating the development of deliverables.

Carly Jo has more than 12 years’ experience in marketing and communications. She holds a BA in communication from the University at Buffalo.

Gene Fischer

Gene is an industry-leading digital marketer with a proven track record developing and executing creative and media strategies for global leaders. With over 15 years experience in marketing innovations in the pharmaceutical industry, he is an expert in uniting media and creative development with emerging platforms and defining multichannel integration requirements. Gene has helped major pharmaceutical companies develop industry-first initiatives while working with regulatory and legal teams for project implementation and setting new company-wide standards.

He has forged and negotiated partnerships with Google, Facebook, Apple, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, Tumblr and other media technologies for Fortune 100 clients to help evolve their brands.

Gene holds a MBA from George Washington University and a BS in Marketing and French from the University of Mary Washington.

        

Creative Director

Tina Niemynski

Using her detail-oriented, keen eye for design, Tina brings a unique marketing perspective to the table. Her expertise in design, allows her to pinpoint areas of inconsistency and make recommendations surrounding strategy, UX/UI, analytics, back-end code, and tagging. She prides herself in continuously evaluating new channels for strategic communication opportunities and constantly learning.

 Tina has 4 years’ experience in pharma and 12 years’ experience in digital creative development. She holds an MFA in Media Design from Full Sail University, a BA in Graphic Design from SUNY Oneonta, and an AS in Graphic Design & Advertising Technology from SUNY Ulster.

Editorial Director

Nancy Meyer

Nancy is a writer, editor, multimedia content producer, and corporate storyteller. A veteran journalist and editor for regional consumer and national business-to-business publications, Nancy served as editor in chief of New York House Magazine until 2011, and prior to that, as an editor of Home Furnishings News for more than 14 years.

She currently teaches multimedia journalism at SUNY New Paltz, from where she holds a BA in journalism and French. She holds an MS in Information Design & Technology from SUNY Institute of Technology.

Marketing Partner

Angie Byrnes

Prior to founding Spark 180, Angie spent 13 years with imc² where she served as VP of marketing. There, she built and led the company’s marketing department and was responsible for numerous marketing efforts, including strategy, analyst relations, marketing communications, public relations, budgeting, and conferences.

Prior to leading the marketing team, Angie created the agency’s first BD communications department, where her team played an instrumental role in bringing new clients such as Procter & Gamble, Pfizer, Pizza Hut, GSK and The Coca-Cola Company on board. Before joining imc², Angie led the marketing and BD communications team for WorldTravel Partners, a B2B travel management company, and she began her career as a technical writer at EDS.

Michelle Fitzpatrick

Michelle is a tactical thinker with an open-minded approach. Her organizational skills allow her to efficiently manage her time and projects. Her duties include research, strategic brainstorming, planning and ideation, and client management services.

Michelle has 4 years’ experience in digital marketing. Michelle holds an M.B.A. from SUNY New Paltz and studied International Business in Monterrey and Guadalajara, Mexico.

Kelly Little Arroyo

Kelly is a multichannel marketing strategy professional with expertise in implementing global programs across multiple therapeutic areas for healthcare professionals, patients and consumers. She is an expert in strategic planning, governance, marketing and execution of initiatives to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty while delivering an optimal customer experience based on behavior and CRM.

Kelly has more than 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry with management roles in marketing strategy, digital marketing, consulting and sales among top companies including Novartis, Pfizer, Merck, Janssen, and Bayer. She holds a B.S. in Advertising from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Columbia Business School.

Zoe Dunn

Zoe is exceptionally talented in driving results for clients’ business through multi-channel strategies. She always speaks her truth, even if it isn’t easy for clients to hear. Clients applaud her transparent, no BS approach as she helps them achieve multichannel excellence. Zoe regularly contributes to industry publications and presents at conferences.

Zoe has 20+ years of experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and consumer products industries. She is the co-chairperson of the Digital Pharma West conferences and regularly speaks at pharmaceutical and healthcare conferences. Zoe holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Marie Hull

Marie’s calm approach in the midst of chaos gives clients a sense of confidence that no matter what comes their way, everything will turn out well and she will be there with them every step of the way. She manages a variety of client projects, from full DCoE AOR engagements to digital governance  and competency programs

Marie has more than 18 years of marketing experience in internal and external digital media for consumers and B2B across many industries. She holds a Public Communications B.A. from the College of St. Rose.
